The

Friday, 10:27 a.m. It’s already 30°C outside. Summer is officially here, along with all the fun things it brings: traveling, weekends spent in the great outdoors, Sunday drives or perhaps even a road trip. Enjoying scenic landscapes, stopping whenever the mood strikes, driving with the windows down and your favourite music in the background… If that isn’t freedom, what is? The freedom to set one’s own itinerary (or not). Or you can plan a few key stops so that you don’t miss the hot spots, while leaving some room to manoeuvre. This is exactly the kind of adventure Don Cayo and his wife recently set off on in their Jetta Wagon TDI Clean Diesel.

Dozens of ideas to share

For the past few weeks, they have been traveling across Canada and the U.S. Don keeps a blog in which he shares his many impressions with some very active readers! The comments section is filled with interesting tips and suggested itineraries. So if you’ve run out of ideas, go take a look at what readers have had to say!

In case you’re planning your own itinerary, or if you just want to follow Don and Betsy as they wind their way across Canada and the U.S., I’ve added links to all of Don Cayo’s posts to date below.

And if you take off on your own road trip, be sure to share your impressions and photos with us. We’d also love to see some videos. After all, we’re curious, too. ;)
